Spare parts and repair

Complete replacement packs, the housing lock set and the charging port cover are available through dealers. Cells are not user-replaceable; pack servicing is done by trained technicians only.

Tools needed: Torx T20 screwdriver, Hex key 4 mm

How to use

Charge only with the supplied Voltarra charger. Charge at room temperature (10–30 °C). For best battery life keep the charge between 20 % and 80 % for daily use.

Care and maintenance

Keep contacts clean and dry. Clean the housing with a damp cloth; never use a pressure washer. For storage longer than a month, store at about 50 % charge in a cool, dry place.

Safety information

Do not open, puncture, crush or heat the battery. Stop using it if the housing is damaged, swollen, hot or smells unusual, and contact your dealer. Do not charge unattended near flammable materials.

Repair guidance

Housing lock, charging port cover and the complete pack can be replaced by your dealer. Cell-level repair must only be done by trained technicians.

Disposal

Never put the battery in household waste. Return it free of charge to the retailer or a battery collection point. Cover the terminals with tape before returning a damaged pack.
